Is it really hard to date these days? I find myself wondering why there are so many singles out there looking for intimate relationships yet, it is hard to connect.. Why? Hookups culture? Why does many people want to hangout, have sex and not commit? Maybe we need to be more clear with the message and the signals that we are sending out there. What are you grateful for? By embracing reality rather than rejecting it, we are able to break cycle of suffering, shame, guilty, and other un-desirable emotions. By choosing to do nothing is what makes us stuck. How about we start with gratitude? At some point, you have to think deeply and look at things objectively to remember your very essence. To me, every morning is reminder to be grateful. Because, it’s tiring to wish things could be different each and every day.
